If you do not quite find yourself there yet,
a short cut is to help others feel loved and accepted.
It’s a savvy, little trick ;)

It is time to crack open the secret and exercise our power...

“The wise one knows that this striving to maintain stability runs counter to basic common sense: far better to develop the psych-energetic suppleness and resilience to maintain internal stability and equilibrium. That way you recover faster from the inevitable shocks of life and able to feel the profound enjoyment of being alive each and every moment even in the throes of deepest upset.”
~ Stephen Russell, The Barefoot Doctor

The more we love, accept, and understand ourselves, our humanness, and others, the less humanlike we become. So called troubles will feel more like adventures and opportunities to bond and create with others; the others being those possessing aspects of the whole that increase our knowledge and awareness of our origin and power.

“The magic works through you.
Not beside you. Not around you. Not for you.
Through you.
Choose your stage, do your dance, stake your claim.”
     ~ Mike Dooley

Health Tip: Warm Lemon Water
Warm lemon water is a great way to detox your liver every single morning. This isn’t lemonade, so don’t add sugar or anything else. Just purified water and a healthy dose of fresh lemon juice. Some experts, like author A.F. Beddoe who wrote the book Biological Ionization as Applied to Human Nutrition, also believe that the liver produces more enzymes in response to water with lemon than to any other food.
