Immerse both feet into the hot tub, wrap a warm blanket around yourself and soak for 20 minutes. When done dip feet into a cool basin of water for 30 seconds, dry off and rest. Use the treatment for tired feet, a congested stuffy head cold, or symptoms of flu. ~Dr. Pamela Jeanne

Quotes and health tip of the day... 11/13/13

When you hear of another’s misfortune,
pain, or suffering, imagine their recovery.
Do not share with them your gift,
for they could override it with their skepticism.
No longer see them in their befallen state.

Something to look forward to :)

“According to Vedanta, there are only two symptoms of enlightenment,  just two indications that a transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness. The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don't bother you anymore. You become light-hearted and full of joy. The second symptom is that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life, more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where you actually experience the miraculous."

~ Deepak Chopra

Quotes and health tip of the day... 11/11/13

If you don't like something, don't accept it.
Reality is malleable. See it, feel it differently.

If you can't imagine the solution, just be.
Let the all-knowing part of you take over.
The solution will be consistent with
integrity and mutual benefit.
     ~adapted, Neville Goddard

Our power lies in our connection.

Health Tip: Kiwi made its way to the US from China via New Zealand and now grows in many areas of this country including the northwest, California and even North Carolina. It is an easy to grow vine and its fruit is full of vitamin C, minerals and other antioxidants. The green flesh of the fruit is luscious along with its cousin the golden kiwi with its yellow insides . Its claim to immune fame is that it protects lymphocytes – one type of white blood cell essential to immune health. I love how easy it is to travel with a kiwi in my pocket. I slice it in half and just scoop out the lovely flesh. Yum! ~ Dr. Pamela Jeanne
