It's a Super Moon - big and bright in the sky all weekend! ~ Holly Gill

We have a Super Full Moon in air sign Aquarius on Sunday, August 10th.

A Super Moon is when the moon is closest to the earth. It's one of three this summer.

This Full Moon is very sociable, fun, daring, and rebellious. Aquarius loves to be unique and do things differently, so don't be surprised if you randomly feel like doing something you wouldn't usually do! Dare to be different...

Full Moons are good for letting go and endings, getting ready for the New Moon which brings about new beginnings.

This weekend is all about being spontaneous and going for it.

Send out your wishes to the universe and tap into your intuition and emotions on Sunday.

their true beauty is revealed

are the invisible forces, so we find
that the most powerful forces of man
are his invisible forces, his spiritual force.

“Of all the trees we could've hit, we had to get one that hits back.” ~ J.K. Rowling

Jill and Annika observing the power of nature :)

Jill observing the storm outside,
"I hope that willow tree doesn't fall."
Justin, having previously made the decision
that it needed to come down,
"I hope it does."
Not more than one minute, and down it came.
We should all be that powerful ;)

♪ So let's drink from the cup, share some luck, go 'head and laugh, cuz it don't cost much ♪

Tonglen Meditition

"...Just as many different religions and philosophies teach the same principles, Tonglen energy is called different things to different cultures. Quantum theory, Law of Attraction, Kybalion, Causality, Pygmalion Effect, Particle Entanglement…all the same thing.

I’m learning more and more about it every day and seeing it everywhere. Here are five (incredibly easy) steps to get started:

Think of someone, anyone, everyone.

Breathe in and imagine taking all the pain and suffering that person might be experiencing into your body and being incinerated in the fires of your love.

Imagine that person at their absolute best, being unreasonably happy and at peace. it doesn’t matter what you imagine here as long as it comes from the best loving place in you and will be beneficial to the person your sending energy to.

Breathe out and send them this energy."
